[out] long *plLawRestriction Bitmask composed of the following flags:
- `0` = No law restriction
- `1` = KVG
- `2` = UVG
- `4` = MVG
- `8` = IVG
- `16` = VVG
- `32` = ORG

The values may be combined using bitwise OR (e.g., `3` = `KVG | UVG`).
[out,retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus VARIANT_TRUE if a restriction was found or evaluated successfully; VARIANT_FALSE otherwise.
