Sets one additional input for a DRG service if and only if a 3-party splitting situation must be described!
In a 3-party splitting situation there are 2 splitting factors that describe the situation. These 2 splitting factors are defined using this method, whereas the product of the 2 splitting factors is the external factor supplied in the DRG service. |

[in] long | lID | The internal ID of the drug service record returned in the AddService method to which the extra drug information are appended. | |
[in] double | dSplitFactor1 | The first splitting factor defines the splitting between the insurance and the canton.
The following equation must be true by definition: where dExternalFactor is the supplied external factor of the DRG service in question. |
