Finalizes and validates all data set so far in the IGeneralInvoiceRequest interface. This method is the counterpart to the Initialize method.
 
This method should be called after all data have been set in the IGeneralInvoiceRequest interface since higher-level validation rules can only be called at the end of input phase. Therefore, be prepared to get validation errors at that point.
 
Please note, that apart from validation tasks there are automatic assignments of addresses as well, should such an address be missing.
Eventually the following addresses are cloned in the given sequence:
  • if the guarantor address is missing than it is cloned from the patient's address
  • if the debitor address is missing than dependent on the tiers mode it is clone from the guarantor's address (TG) or the insurance's address (TP)
  • if the ESR creditor address is missing than it is cloned from the biller's address

where the amount(2d) is 2-digit precision total amount of all services and
amount(hU) is that total amount rounded half up ("Kaufmännisches Runden")
[out,retval] VARIANT_BOOL *pbStatus Return status of the method. If pbStatus is VARIANT_FALSE then an error occurred and GetAbortInfo should be called to retrieve the error string.
