Adds one tuple of disease qualification terms to the list of disease qualifications.
 
The tuple itself consists of a set of 3 "Severity of Disease" /"Score catalog defining the Severity" terms from the current "BfS hospital statistics" catalog.
 
The disease qualification list is optional, whereas the triple of BfS variable are required if a disease qualification entry should be made.
