Method for collecting all instruction records covered by the IGeneralInvoiceResult interface and returned as JSON array.
 
Please note that IGeneralInvoiceResult::GetInstructions takes over the functionality of the iterator pair IGeneralInvoiceResult::GetFirstInstruction / IGeneralInvoiceResult::GetNextInstruction with a single call, making the latter superfluous.
