Method for collecting all disease qualification data covered by the IHospitalMCDResult interface and returned as JSON array.
 
Please note that IHospitalMCDResult::GetDiseaseQualifications takes over the functionality of the iterator pair IHospitalMCDResult::GetFirstDiseaseQualification / IHospitalMCDResult::GetNextDiseaseQualification with a single call, making the latter superfluous.
